Everything about this hotel was great - highly recommend/ what it is not is a traditional beautiful hotel with exceptional architecture in the middle of Florence- I was driving and it was the perfect location as the hotel also has parking included and an easy 12-15 minute drive to the center of Florence.

Stayed with partner

Comfortable bed, plenty of lighting in the room. No decaf coffee though for customers who prefer it or those who can't drink it. Workout room, pool, tennis court, along with a space to collaborate with other, is a plus! The breakfast is phenomenal! Staff is very helpful and a shuttle takes customers to the city center (must be reserved through the front desk). Overall is was a wonderful experience.

Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels

Fantastic

Stayed with friends

I had a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spotless and well maintained. The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Most of all, the staff was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Amazing room! Modern, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. I loved it! The only thing I didn’t like was the spa schedule. I wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but it didn’t open until 11:00 a.m. Other than that, the room was spectacular.

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade.
