Very basic accommodation, travel lodge in the 90. All fine / clean.

Clean rooms, nice pub, good food and close to the Edinburgh airport.

Breakfast was very good, parking easy

Lovely place to be, lots of attractions nearby and the room was big and most importantly clean, staff were polite and friendly, highly recommended

The room was good

Night two of my stay was after a 16 hour shift, when I got the door of the hotel my keycard wasn’t working. I pressed the assistance button many times and nothing happened. I had to search for a number online but it was really unclear what was exclusively for the hotel so when I initially called and the automated message started talking about the restaurant and I hung up. I eventually called that number again and managed to get through to the overnight staff but I was standing around for over half an hour after midnight. Next morning I had housekeeping chap once and immediately let herself into my room which was alarming since I was about to get changed. She apologised but i’m also upset that locking the door doesn’t stop everyone from walking into the room. It was a clean room and reception staff were really lovely. Shame that I had those two incidents which spoiled my stay.

Spotless, staff really helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and comfy, however on a four night stay tea and coffee and milk were in short supply with only one days supply. The building entrance although having card security was never locked and persons were seen entering the premises
