Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely property, comfortable stay. Off road parking is easily accessible. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Situated in the centre of Woodhall Spa, close to shops, pub, woods for a nice walk. We will definitely be back

Great We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent.
Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course!
