Amazing place to stay, the best we had in Ireland. Beautiful and very spacious room, with working WiFi and a clean shower with excellent water pressure and temperature control (hard to find in Ireland). Breakfast was lovely, beds are very comfortable and it’s a great location.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Cliffs of Moher. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our family room was very spacious, with a comfortable double bed and three single beds. each bed had its own bedside drawer and lamp, and there was also a large desk area and additional coffee table, wardrobes and lots of mirrors, which was very convenient. The room was well equipped with everything ew needed, including tea and coffee-making facilities, biscuits, plenty of lighting. The beds were comfortable and both the bedding and towels were spotless. The bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was especially appreciated with several children all needing showers. Despite its central location, the room was quite, well ventilated, and maintained a comfortable temperature with opened windows throughout our stay for a night. Breakfast was vert good, with a wide selection of options. The location was ideal, with pubs, coffee shop, Spar, free car park, all withing walking distance, making everything very convenient. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again if we return.

Clean room, location a little distance from sites of interest, window in room broken off hinge trying to open it almost fell a safety issue, no refrigerator in room, has elevator or lift which was helpful, breakfast included was Continental but nice and filling, bed comfortable, free parking was a plus, front desk staff not very friendly, I slipped and fell on the sidewalk and got pretty banged up asked the front desk for ice the gentleman got my ice gave it to me and then left never asked if I needed medical attention just left for the night, didn't check on me the next day either, come to find out there was a medical facility near by we found on our own, other than that the stay was an okay stay, I probably wouldn't stay here again but choose a different B&B closer to Glasgow city center, and I am on the mend from my fall continuing my travels.

From the moment we arrived Kayla was warm & welcoming. If I could give a rating of 10 out of 10 I would! There was not 1 aspect of the Kivara Guesthouse that needed to be improved. The rooms are spotless and yet so inviting. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and included warm fresh scones & pastries. If you are looking for a fabulous place yo stay do not hesitate to book! We will definitely be back.
