This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The room had a disgusting smell (like fried food) even after house keeping is done cleaning. A random person was walking around on the 3rd floor and nocking on every room’s door, I had to call reception who basically told me don’t worry they will not bother you again! Staff were not friendly. They had 2 elevators, one of which was broken all 4 days that I was there. All guests are using 1 elevator so the wait line was crazy. Location is ok not crazy convenient. Would not recommend staying there.

The hotel was in a great location. My only complaints were that we were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise early in the morning with bins getting emptied etc. Also, very limited hot breakfast options included. If you wanted something you had to pay extra

Beautiful property walking distance to Trevi Fountain and right off of Piazza Barberini. Great breakfast spot on site available with package or as needed. Rooftop pool was lovely.

The staff was very accommodating , helped make transfers for us and dinner reservations. The roof top bar was wonderful! We felt very special and well taken care of.

Although everything was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were disappointed that there was no indoor pool for kids (there is indoor one in the spa but only for adults and you pay 50 Euros/day). Our main reason of booking at that hotel was that our 20 months old kid to enjoy the pool and their website said there is an indoor pool while there was not.

Fantastic
Spacious room, helpful staff with tour websites for guests. Hotel was in a very quiet area but extremely convenient location to walk to all of the historical sites and shopping.
