Star ratings are based on Klook's overview of the property's information (such as services and facilities included, etc.), and are for reference only

hotel location: right on the canal; the room offered a canal view, which is nice. many restaurants around and a 13 minute walk to thr station. the only thing is: it was raining heavily on our departure day. our uber could not get into thr area as the road was blocked. we walked back to the hotel (300m) to get our luggage. it would be nice to let us know that if you are driving/ taking a car to the hotel, get a code to unlock the blockage from the front desk. service: when asked where the spa is, the front desk agent said 1/F but due to the insufficient signage, it was hard to find. hotel facilities: when booking, it seems that the spa facilities were comp for staying guests but upon arrival, we were informed otherwise: €25 per person per hour. the spa treatment price is reasonable though service: room is modern, two vanity counters, sufficient wardrobe area. love the design of the nightstands. no dental kits were provided.
