They don’t clean the room, the trash stayed the whole time in the trash can. The bathroom wasn’t clean, they leave a bottle of windex in the night table. The lady at the breakfast was the whole time in a bad mood. Yelling her peer in front of everybody. Terrible

The room was very small. The slippers you had to buy. We didn’t get the VIP Access perks. They got hidden fees when you arrive at property, so you end up paying more than what is advertised here.

Immaculately clean and the amazingly central location. Room was good size with king bed which always helped when traveling as couple. Requested a room on high floor, away from lifts at booking and got exactly that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus was a view of millennium park.

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. It’s a great location if you’re going to an event at Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago, or the Cultural Center. It’s also an easy walk to the water taxi or river tours.
