Everything upon arrival was great, i was lacking in sleep due to early flight and when i showed up at 10 am , they had a room I got check in after a 10 min wait. The reception staff were accommodating and super friendly. I was able to get fully rested for the busy events of my visit that evening and next day. The room was perfect for my needs, king bed comfy, the welcome fortune cookies cute, the waters all very appreciated. The restaurant was busy but staff were very nice and hard working. Food was great, and the included breakfast was yummy! The location was perfect for Lollapalooza and i felt i really got great value for my stay!

Fantastic
My stay here was wonderful. Staff was helpful getting us an ironing board, housekeeping did a great job everytime we came back to our room. Staff greeted us every time we entered and left the building and the location is great walking distance for everything Downtown Chicago has to offer. We will definitely be booking Arlo again.
