Fantastic The Room is spacious and clean with easy access to the Brewery district and the Row casinos. The hotel is pretty quiet and unassuming. There are ear plugs if the bus station gets too noisy but I haven't had an issue. The bed is super comfy and the shower and shampoos are amazing

GreatStayed with family · For friends and family
Cute place. Good food and cocktails downstairs with a friendly staff. Close to The Alpine, but right next to the bus station, so it can be loud at night. Black out curtains help. Mini Split moisture was running down the wall, so that needs to be addressed, but overall, the location and room served our needs. Also, the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great Room was very nice and spacious, pretty decor and comfortable beds. Two warnings- there is no elevator, and some rooms are on the third floor and the rooms in the front of the building get a lot of street noise (because it’s Reno) and you’re not too far off the street. Overall, though, a great place to stay if you’re looking for non- casino accommodations that are still in the heart of downtown Reno.

GoodStayed with partner
We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 pm and our online code didn’t work.
One of the friendly staff from the restaurant tried to assist but it still didn’t work. Finally, one of the owners got us in.
After climbing 2 long flights of stairs (42 steps total), we opened the door to a super cute, overly warm room. The AC was efforting all night but it never reached a comfortable level (was 95 degrees outside).
The bed was very comfortable but the water pressure in the cool shower was meh at best.
Overall, the building and room was very well done but they definitely have some kinks to work out to make the place run smoothly.

The place and location to the airport was great and the restaurant was excellent but it’s a very noisy location. They left earplugs but that wasn’t much help. If you’re looking for a place to get a quiet, peaceful nights rest this isn’t the best spot. It’s located right on a strip on a very traveled road and close proximity to casinos. Lots of loud noise and bright lights all night.

GreatStayed with pets
Pet friendly and a genuinely nice place to stay. Close walk to casinos and other amenities. Nice bar with some food offerings onsite with a great outdoor patio. Only negative was location is in a loud and busy part of town. I guess that's why they provide guests with ear plugs, lol....
