A nice stay, large room with huge balcony, good selection for breakfast. With competent staff.

The price is reasonable and the staffs are very kind. They provide us great services that are more than the price.In addition, the dog is very cute.haha

Service staff were excellent, delivered impeccable service standards. They would try to accommodate to your every needs. If you need any recommendations on what to do in Hoi An, you may approach any of the staff for advice. Location is a good 10-minute walk to the old town. Would definitely recommend!

Loved my time at Green Tea Homestay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious room on the ground floor. Beautiful swimming pool. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great price. Loved the passion fruit juice drink.

We absolutely loved our time @ Green Tea . From the time we arrived the hospitality was excellent. The staff treated us like family and were very warm and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable although we could have utilised more space to put our clothing / belongings. The bed was super comfortable and AC was quiet and consistent with temp . We never needed to adjust it. The bathroom was very large & spacious but we did not use the bath. Breakfast was freshly made to order by the staff . Always offering more and could eat until full, eggs bacon baguettes smoothies cereal yoghurt . The pool was very beautiful & clean. Girls offered drinks in the heat of the afternoon. The free bikes were part of our daily activities and we rode them to the beach where we could park them for free and get an umbrella & lounge chair if we purchased a drink from the cafe . Hoi An was a busy but super exciting place to visit. We had 10 days at Green Tea and did not want to leave. Will be back again to Green Tea soon we hope A big thank you to all the staff . We miss you already

Staff very kind, generous and nice. The whole place is clean, including the sweeming pool. Gave a feeling of home. Highly recommended!

Amazing service. Generous owner, always available and smily. Nice comfortable rooms, fully renovated. A few minutes from the center by motorbike. The owner will drop you with a big smile and arrange your tours and transfers. Can't get more.
