The accommodation was decent, although we had issues with the bed and the sheets. I believe they need to improve their cleaning, especially regarding the toilet, as it was somewhat unclean. Therefore, it's very important to ensure the toilet is clean. They need to change everything, especially the glasses, every day, even if the same person is using them. You cannot ask someone to wash the cups inside the toilet because the toilet is not that clean. This is what I experienced on one occasion, but for the other occasions, to be fair, they really changed our cups. We just had to insist, but the other staff are really nice. They were accommodating. At the same time, they're very helpful. They allow early check-in, so if you are arriving in the morning, you can try to check in early. If they are unable to check you in because there are many people booked, you can also ask them to take care of your bags. They have a space where you can leave your bags, even heavy ones.

Very accessible to bus station just in front of the hotel.

Clean and accesible to public transport

Staff are approachable and rooms were neat.

very good transport access:

value hotel is for first time traveler, easy access on transportation, convenience store and everything! they also response on our request, quickly.

Decent hotel and affordable located at very convenient spot which bus stop just in front of hotel. Few bus services to city center or nearest MRT train station. Beside and opposite hotel has convenient store as well few restaurants.

Value Hotel Balestier has clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. They cleaned and made up our room every day, even when we didn’t request housekeeping, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with two nearby bus stops that make getting around Singapore quick and easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
