GreatStayed with family
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there.
We were also disappointed that the location was not as advertised. When we booked, it indicated the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, but that was not our experience. The hotel is outside central London, so getting to many of the city’s attractions required train rides or Uber trips, which added travel time and reduced the amount of time we had for sightseeing.

Booked to stay here via Hotels.com. All confirmed only to arrive and state the booking had been cancelled, not by me, but by OYO, the day before who only advised hotels.com, not myself. But strangely they still had a room, at £70.00 more than agreed . Ended up agreeing, wish we hadn’t. Large family room, but tired. Beds were rather hard. Location was good for what we had planned, but won’t be going back or booking an OYO again. Pre ordered breakfast as that’s how they do it with time slot, only to wait another 30 mins to arrive. Better value accommodation out there. Avoid.

It was a fine place to stay relatively close to Heathrow. Helpful staff, with several stores and restaurants/pubs close by in what appeared to be a typical suburban community.

If you just need a bed for the night it’s ok but don’t expect a lot. If you can actually find your room through the maze of corridors you’re doing well. Opening the door to our room we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes, very off putting. Room was a decent size for a family of 3 but the beds were solid as a rock. My back the next morning was in bits, at one point I considered sleeping on the sofas in reception! The bathroom was dirty and good luck if you’re in room 238 and want to use the toilet. I’m 6ft tall and my knees touched the wall in front of the loo and my nose was almost touching the toilet paper. Our room faced the road and you could feel the beds shake when a big vehicle passed. There was damp in the corner of the room and beds looked like a dog had chewed the corner. Not very well maintained at all. Breakfast was free and for the continental it was fine with a choice of cereal, yogurts and fruit. Cooked breakfast was diabolical bacon and sausages was solid as if they had been cooked the night before. Eggs were like rubber and tasteless. I had a few bites and decided to opt for a McDonalds breakfast instead. Can honestly say I will not return to this hotel.

Upon arrival the hotel looked okay, car park wasn’t locked overnight but come morning our car was still there so no complaints in that department. Once checked in, the people I traveled with must have spent a good 20 minutes looking for their room in what I would call a labyrinth; very confusing corridor to navigate no lifts at all and about a hundred and one stairs, corridors stank of cigs and weed despite the countless no smoking signs but to be fair, I’d also need a cig after spending an eternity looking for my room.
My room was a “double” basically 2 singles pushed together, shower was unclean and stained with the last 20 guests body water. Stains on the mirror?? Which I’d rather not ask about and a phone that, once I dragged my finger across, my partner started having an asthma attack.
My families room shook when basically any vehicle went past, damp and mould coming through the ceiling, stained bedsheets and my mother (a rather tall lady) was nose level with the bog roll holder in the bathroom, tough luck if you’re 4ft. Bed bases looked like they were chewed, probably more tasty than the free breakfast they served which I can feel bubbling in my stomach as I write this.
The breakfast felt awkward, it’s dead silent with people complaining quietly, tables and chairs were un-wiped, bacon was hard as a rock, eggs were sloppy and runny, the sausage (you get one) was hard and had white raised spots on. Definitely wouldn’t go here again unless I’m paid millions.

GreatSolo stay · For business
I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm.
Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot.
I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself .
