Staying at Hotel TURIM Saldanha felt like discovering a calm little pocket of Lisbon—modern, comfortable, and wonderfully easy to settle into. The rooms were spotless, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere had that quiet, polished feel travelers appreciate after a long day exploring. A special thank-you to Hugo, who generously approved our early check-in request. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival especially smooth and immediately gave us a great first impression of Portuguese hospitality. I also enjoyed the food inspiration around the hotel, where Portuguese cuisine reminded me that Portugal’s culinary soul is deeply connected to the Atlantic—cod, olive oil, pastries, and simple ingredients turned into something memorable. Trivia: Portugal is said to have hundreds of ways of preparing bacalhau! Overall, a welcoming stay with excellent service, comfort, and just the right touch of Lisbon charm. A place I’d happily return to.
