This hotel is overall good for what you pay and for what it offers and I would have loved this hotel, when we first arrived the first people were really kind at the hotel. After that immediate downhill; we left for the day and didn't put any sort of sign that indicated we did not want towels. We came back to no towels, so we went downstairs to ask for some help. I understand there's language barriers however we did our best to explain appropriately if we could please have some towels due to our room having none. The man at the reception met us with a sigh and a obvious reluctance to help us. He then took our hotel key and told us to go upstairs for the towels. We were confused but wanted to try and look for the said towels. Eventually after a while we went back stairs to explain our situation, however the man was immediately upset and finally asked what room number and what we needed. I had to explain that if he could return our hotel key, he seemed confused. The following day as my husband and I went downstairs the same man gazed as us with hateful eyes as if we didn't something to offend him. Maybe it's because I'm brown... but during our breakfast a similar instance happened where we were singled out and asked if we had paid for our meal, when we had already confirmed our payment. I feel a bit sad that we were treated indifferently by certain staff members. It took away from what could have been a peaceful experience. I hope they better their quality of service.

Great location, room with a good view of the Eiffel Tower, comfortable bed and wonderful good value breakfast. This is our third mini break at this hotel, and would come back again.
