The housekeeper was great, she went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Front desk staff however was a different story, they were very unknowledgeable on the amenities that were promised during booking, very rude when called to ask questions. Then we had to call from our personal phone due to there not being a phone in our room to contact front desk. The Air conditioner in our room leaked all over the floor. Which caused the room to have a very mildew smell to it. The water that came from the bathroom shower had a very unpleasant smell that came from it, when we ran it. We had to turn the exhaust fan in the bathroom on to use the jacuzzi tub every time. The gym was not accessible to us. There was a sign that said for employees ONLY. The back door that our room was close to, the outside door didn’t lock period, and the second door didn’t close without pulling it closed. And both doors slammed on closing when people came and went. Without them things, Our stay was very peaceful and if those things were fixed we would consider staying again

The fitness center had a sign that says employees only, there was no continental breakfast as advertised, not even coffee in the lobby. There was hair in our bed and also in our Jacuzzi. Staff entered our room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging. Sink was almost completely detached from the counter.

Oh man. I have really been struggling with this review because the staff was very helpful and attentive. A/C &mini fridge have to be the best I've EVER had at a hotel! Bed was comfortable. I did leave 2 nights early after something happened next room over which had us up with ZERO sleep.They had to be smoking too as it reaked everytime they lit up as if it were in the room with us. There's no room phone so we had to leave our room and go up front several times as the night escalated. I almost just called the cops (that's how bad it was) at 2,3,&4am, but didn't want to cause a scene considering the next room over saw us &what we drove in with.The staff was amazing, I just did not feel safe. Our room key door latch was extremely loose & found we had to lift up & jiggle to even open our door. Felt as though the whole door latch would fall off or someone could easily break in. Additionally, the back, exterior 2 doors had difficulty closing unless you slammed it. Unfortunately, our room shared a wall with both exterior doors so we heard that for the 2 days&nights we stayed. It does appear renovations are ongoing in the lobby but ALL pics were terrible representations of this run down, frankenstined rm. w/ damaged furniture& frames, &overall very poor condition. The jacuzzi worked& was clean! The stopper was gross underneath.overall, there's 5diff. Kinds of tiles &so many carpet looks in just my 1 "suite"! Totally falling apart. pics&video was taken. NOT WORTH the money!

Overall liked the hotel. Was strange you couldn’t contact front desk unless you walked to it, no phone in room. Also housekeeping never cleaned room and was told by front desk they were sorry, was a stressful day (Saturday), was same response on any question asked
