Room had some issues including damage to sink and some rubbish behind the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a very bad odour throughout the whole stay (maybe a plumbing issue). The room was small with no clothes storage but a couple hangers and the staff seemed nice enough.

The property was centrally located near the Eiffel Tower and provisioned well for overnight travellers. The drain in the shower was clogged and based on the condition of the floor, has been like that for some time. Not terrible, but not great either.

Good location, 1Km from Eiffel Tower. Nice staff. The room was really small, but useful for a few days. The entrance door is really small, look under the letters.

House keeping each day,get clean towels. Bathroom very small. Staff was helpful . Heater was working ok. Pastry shop has freshly bake goodies.

Solo stay

Was there in mid-April and room was too warm. Talked to front desk and they said it has not been turned on yet. Too early in season. Never heard of an individual room not being able to is AC. Slept with window open so was able to cool room. Other than this, stay was ok. Small room and really small shower, maybe 2 1/2’ by 2 1/2’. Late night desk clerk barely spoke English so that was a small challenge. Location was only one block from train station so that was big positive.
