Fantastic We’ve stayed here twice - it’s very clean, staff is friendly and beds are comfortable. This isn’t a large corporate type motel with expensive lobby, etc., but a friendly welcoming place to spend a day or two. They have coffee and cookies by the front desk during the day and evening, and full breakfast each morning in a pleasant dining area. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a second story room, because you can hear the upstairs guests walking in their room.
San Simeon is not really a town, but this location is so convenient to many areas on Central Coast and not jammed up with traffic. The beach is just across the road with a small parking area and steps for access. The small restaurant attached to the motel has good seafood and good service with a full wine menu.
We’ll be staying here again.

Fantastic Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool area was nice. Rooms could use some updates as it is an older hotel- like new carpet but other than that it was a clean, nice place to stay.

Fantastic When we checked in, we were greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies. The staff member who welcomed us was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. He truly deserves to be commended for making us feel so welcome.
We had a lovely stay at Quality Inn and would happily stay there again

Great Room was clean & well maintained. Only problem was that there was no air conditioning just a heater. Opening the door to the balcony definitely cooled down the room but if you’re a light sleeper, it really doesn’t totally quiet down until 10-11 pm and there’s still the ever present sound of occasional night traffic. If that’s a problem, I would suggest ask for a room that doesn’t face the road.
Breakfast was really good, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal & all sorts of toastable bread & bagels.
