Very nice large suites with modern furniture and very clean. The quality of the restaurants on site could be better but there are options close to hotel. Nice quiet hiking trail right across.

Only stayed one night. Check in was easy even though room was not ready. We did arrive early and the attendant said she would try to work her magic to get us a room early however she was unsuccessful. Know that you can have your luggage held safely and if you carry another small bag with you containing your bathing suit you can use the pool until your room is ready. The pool is the best pool I have ever seen at any hotel or casino so don't miss it. Unfortunately we did not do that. Just be sure to get a pool key. Dinner was excellent at the main restaurant. Checkout was easy. We will return next year.

We decided to get away for three nights to celebrate my recent retirement. Mt. Airy Resort has always been a favorite place. The resort is beautiful and just a two hour delightful ride away through the mountains. We were greeted warmly by the Valet, the Bellman and the clerk at the check-in desk. Our room did not disappoint. It was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was large and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the pool, and our dining experiences at Bistecca by Il Mulino and Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi Bar were favorites. We did, however, have one very disappointing lunch in Guy Fieri's. The iced tea was undrinkable, the service was poor and the wait time painfully long. I don't recall what we actually had to eat; only that it was unmemorable.
The reason I could not give a four-star review to the hotel was unfortunately due to the mattresses. My husband and I woke up each morning with back aches. I would've considered extending our stay to a fourth night if it hadn't been for my dread of sleeping on the bed even one more night.
