Had a very pleasant stay. Got the deluxe room and I was surprised how huge the room is. The stay was comfortable and am happy with all the working facilities. The hotel provide complimentary parking too.

Everything is okay including food and room. There's a car wash outside (BENDAHARA), a lot of KK MART and a hospital (PUTRA SPECIALIST HOSPITAL). hotel location: convenient but far away from Jonker Street

Very clean. Staffs are being very polite. First day, they gave me a card where the room wasn't ready as the toilet had issue. The cleaner then offered me an opposite room to wait for their manager to come up. Manager came up with a new room card and apologized. This shows that this hotel has up to standard staff. Besides, the room booked was huge, and AC is cold. Recommended!

spacious room, there is a connect door to next room, lucky no guest, else expect to hear noise. bathtub height seem to high, difficult to get in or out. staff are friendly, especially the door guys keep helping to open the hotel door whenever we going out or take Grab food. Traffic wise, difficult to cross the road if want to walk around the hotel. Grab to Jonker street or shopping malls are quite fast and ease, around $7 per trip. Do hope they provide laundry service.
