Front office staff were also quick to process our check in and check out. Room was clean. Loved that the materials they're using are environment friendly too. Kids had fun. That's what matters during our overnight stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bai Hotel! Our room was upgraded from Deluxe to Premier, and they even allowed us to check out at 4 PM instead of the usual 11 AM, all free of charge. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated their generosity and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Fantastic

Deluxe Room · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The accommodation of my early check-in request was highly commendable and greatly appreciated. It effectively addressed my concern, as I arrived in Cebu at 10:00 AM and would have otherwise had to wait several hours before the standard check-in time. The staff's flexibility and excellent customer service made my stay more convenient and enjoyable.
