the room looked a bit outdated and breakfast was basic and limited TV channels but for an overnight stay, its acceptable. Staff were accomodating. It was a walking distance to Fusion Alley (where we checked out trending street foods) and also one jeepney ride to the famous Quiapo Church

I didn’t book Fersal Hotel before because there are cheaper options. But this time, since my son’s therapy is at UST at Gate 10, Fersal is more accessible so I checked the online reviews. Surprisingly, I read a lot of positive comments so I booked. I did not regret my decision at all. From their accommodating and frindlh staff, clean bedsheets and towels, superb customer service, I will surely book again. They made my life easier, when we booked again for the 2nd day, they did not let my son wait too long at the lobby. They also provided our needs like hot water and use their microwave without any additional fees
