Below average The room was disgusting. Old soiled carpet. Spilled crusty food on the sofa bed. A leaking faucet that had a permanent wet spot in the carpet near the kitchen. 2 toilets constantly running. No sheets left for sofa bed. On top of all this, I got charged $310 for a cleaning fee for this dump

Fantastic My room was very clean and well-appointed. Service here is always great. I stay at this hotel often, sometimes once a month. The staff knows me and I know them. They are all excellent
