The room is clean and reasonably priced. The staff are nice, especially the lady receptionist/manager, who handles her work well and is very friendly. We booked last Dec.20,2025.

The inn is a great affordable option in Davao City. It’s location is easy to find. Parking space is ample. Customer service is good. You need to deposit Php 500 during check-in and it’s refundable at check out. They also give you free bottles of water at check-in and there is a water dispenser, too, to refill your bottle. They provide a hygiene kit and room slippers that you can use. They also have a smart TV and wifi speed is good. They also serve breakfast and there’s a mini store at the reception. You can’t keep durian in the room but you can leave it at the reception. Cons: no elevator (but not a big deal), street can get noisy (but not always).
