Great

Luxury Penthouse, City View · 4 Adults · 2 Nights

It was a steal for the price - we got the penthouse unit. It was so big for 4 pax and it provided the breather we needed during our trip. However, it only had 1 king bed in the room and just a sofa in the living room. In the advertisement it said 1 sofa bed - but it was just a sofa. More importantly, there were only 2 AC units in operation for the entire unit. The ACs were so old that they had to be fixed on our 2nd day of stay - causing delay in our planned activities for the day. Still, the staff were so helpful and kind. She told us how to negotiate with tuktuk drivers. Location is good - walking distance to massage spa, convenience stores, money exchange and BTS, but it is not very near the shopping centers. Great thing about this is that it is surrounded by 5 star hotels so the neighborhood is clean and good overall. They just need to upgrade their units and facilities. The penthouse looked like a really wealthy family's apartment in the 1980s.
