Loved our stay at Twin Lakes Hotel in Tagaytay! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and accommodating service. The room was delightfully cozy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Waking up to the fresh Tagaytay breeze and the stunning views of the surrounding greenery made the experience even more memorable. It was the perfect relaxing getaway with top-notch hospitality and comfort. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. Clean and great facilities! service:housekeeping is kinda slow, it took me 3 times to follow up. Pool bar only has 1 staff I guess on a weekend, so it was hard to order. we opt to have an in-room dining for snacks, but it took forever as well. 😅 service:

We had an amazing 2-day stay & truly enjoy every moment! Hotel was clean, peaceful & incredibly relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful fog rolled in during the day, giving us a cozy Baguio-like atmosphere that made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to express our heatfelt gratitude for the thoughtful surprise of baloons & a cake to celebrate our daughters achievement. It was such a sweet gesture that made our family feel extra special & appreciated. A special thank you to all the stall-from the front desk, housekeeping & everyone behind the scene-for your warmth, kindness, & genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing getaway with outanding service!
