Stayed with kids

The entire property was beautifully and thoughtfully built, a true hidden gem on the mountainside. The family cottage “tun” was well above and beyond what we expected with 3 bedrooms plus a lounge/loft area. The pool area was immaculate and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from there. Staff was courteous and helpful. Can’t wait to return!!

Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. It would be good for a hotel of this level to train its staff in basic customer service and communication skills.

Beautiful property in a great setting. Looks fairly new. Room was very comfortable. typical sized hotel room. Parking available which was very nice, with a guard at the gate. courteous staff. Not walking distance from main part of town, so you will need car transport. Some of the roads getting to property full of potholes, but manageable. Breakfast included. Plenty of choices. When we went (mid-late April) not crowded at all. Don't know about peak season. Would definitely stay again if the chance arises.
