Fantastic

Location: very conviniet, can walk from here going to fort pillar and paseo del mar passing the city hall for about 20mins. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to SM Mindpro, with another mall directly across from the hotel. Complimentary bottled water: my recommendation should be atleat 1 bottle per day. We struggled on our first day because we didn't realize there was a water refilling station right beside the elevator and no one informed us about it. But then, overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and great value. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The room was quite hot, and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the space properly. The hotel is still using an older window-type air conditioner, which struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially during warmer hours. While the staff was courteous, upgrading the cooling system would greatly improve the guest experience.
