Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive and quick with service. We were allowed to switch rooms when we made a complaint about our initial room. The hotel and room are also great, always clean and very luxurious.

Spacious room, looks new, nice view in higher floors. The pool if slightly shaded, warm during summer, cold during December. Breakfast buffet is okay, nothing fancy but good enough to make you full, mostly Filipino dishes, has fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and soup.

I had a pleasant stay at **Aurora Subic Hotel**. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in Subic and offers great value for money.

I have NO CONCERNS regarding the hotel. The ISSUE WAS WITH KLOOK, as my booking and payment confirmation did not appear in the hotel’s system during check-in. The hotel staff were very kind and allowed us to check in, assuring us that they would coordinate with Klook.
