The overall experience was very pleasant. Checking in and check out was quick. parking was a slight challenge since it is at the 8th floor of the building. breakfast is plated, but okay for the price. worth coming back for the location, space, cleanliness and the price.

Stayed at Citadines Benavidez Makati for a quick staycay and honestly—it felt like a mini reset in the city. Clean, modern, and super cozy with that “home but elevated” vibe. Loved the rooftop pool, the quiet Legazpi location, and how everything you need is just a short walk away. Definitely one of those spots I’d book again.

The location is very accessible to a lot of different areas in Makati. The room was clean and I like that it has a small kitchen area although we were not able to utilize it. The bathroom was also spacious.

I had a great stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati. The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the mall and nearby coffee shops. The room was cozy, clean, and felt very homey. Overall, everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely book again.

Had a great experience booking Citadines Benavidez Makati. Super convenient due to its location. Swimming pool and gym located at the 32nd floor. All equipment are easy to use and instructions are easy to understand. Room for improvement though, they could use a bit more air fresheners especially in the hallways / lobby area to mask up the smell of the carpet.

Amazing Stay at Citadines! The location is perfect, very accessible and close to everything we needed. The room exceeded our expectations: it was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. There’s plenty of storage space for clothes, which made unpacking and settling in so easy. The bed was cozy, and they provided lots of drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was also impressive, modern, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!
