The rooms were good and compact. However in spite of staying for 4 nights, the floor of the rooms were not cleaned even a single day. That was quite a deterrent. Else the food, location was great.

The self-service kiosk allows you to check in and out within a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is simple and comfortable for two people, and the air conditioning is adequate. The swimming pool is small and not as clean as I had hoped. There’s a small gym and laundry facilities available. The breakfast restaurant is very small, so you need to be mindful of the timing. The two service staffs are well-organized and can manage the crowds quickly. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay for a night’s rest. However, I’m disappointed to learn that the hotel only offers late check-out if you book directly through their website. A $30 surcharge applies to this request.

It was a nice and clean hotel. however the rooms are too small. No wardrobe. it was pretty smal for me and my daughter.

The bed is firm but comfy. The room is surprisingly spacious compared to what I saw in some photos and clean too, but the toilet/bathroom is a little bit too small. It was a nice stay. Thank you.

Stayed at this lovely hotel very close to little India. The hotel staff Mr Keneddy was kind enough to upgrade our rooms to Deluxe category. Since we arrived from the cruise early in the morning the hotel team was kind enough to allow us early check in. The hotel has a great swimming pool and offers a sumptuous breakfast.

Rooms can be quite small, no connecting rooms either for those who want to check-in as a family. But overall, it was pretty nice and convenient since you’re near everything and check-in/check-out procedures are fast as long as you verify immediately during check-in. The shower was great, room service was okay. It was very easy to book a grab to and from anywhere, but MRT stations are a good 9 minute walk from the hotel. One thing I have to say is if you want to be nearer the food crawls and at best the bus stations going to Orchard Rd., better to book at Hotel Mi Bencoolen. PS: Book the rooms with view, they’re much more refreshing (as someone who booked the ones without view, but if you’re okay and you want a cheaper room, book the one without and just keep your blinds closed at all times unless its morning.)

We loved our stay at Mi Rochor. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was cleaned every day and the location was near the MRT and bus stop. This is my second time at Mi Rochor and I highly recommend this place.
