let me break it down… location is very accessible to SM aura, you literally just have to walk out of the main entrance and the mall entrance is a stone’s throw away. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is good, room is clean as well as the restroom. My only small “ick” here was the placement of the room for the toilet, so when you open the room to the shower, the door covers the door for the toilet so if you’re someone like me, you’d miss it and have a mini heart attack becaus you don’t see any toilet. facilities, I didn’t have the chance to visit the rooftop and pool since the access to it would require you to go down to the lobby again and take a separate elevator to the rooftop, I’m lazy so nevermind. stayed there for 3D2N. buffet was okay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also a major advantage, conveniently situated in BGC, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and other establishments.

Great location! My request for an adjoining room was not followed even though i added it on the notes. They keep on telling us that it is fully booked, this will be not a problem at all if our group is all adults but the other room was for our kids. Good thing it is on the same floor but imagine the hassle of going back and fort for stuff. Breakfast is okay, bread selection is good.
