location is accessible along main road the staff are nice and approachable. but the bidet is far from the toilet bowl

The staff were kind, the room was fairly clean, the AC worked well, and there’s a water station on the hallway, which was convenient. There are also several nearby conveniences: there is Grumpy Joe located on the first floor of the building, a 24-hour Jollibee within walking distance, and Robinsons Mall is also just a short walk after Jollibee. However, there were a few downsides. There was a leak coming from the ceiling directly above the toilet. Since we only stayed for one night, we decided not to notify the staff or request a room change anymore. Also, most of the reviews mentioning the lack of a proper hot shower were accurate. The shower water was only slightly warmer than room-temperature drinking water.

This hotel is one of the cheapest yet clean and wide rooms. There is a sufficient parking space at the back of the hotel. Don't expect too much from this hotel since its a budget-friendly hotel, there is no bidet, no hot shower.

i understand if policy of the hotel to ask the frontdesk to access the elevator. In my opinion its a hassle to ask them to asisst you everytime you need to go up my room, my room is located at the 4th floor. Hot water is just room temp not even lukewarm. needs an area to hang clothes.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance is relaxing, and the staff were accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone visiting La Union!

The room is clean and smells good. The cr is also huge. It is 18 mins away from San Juan, but there’s a lot of trycicle just in front of the hotel. The staff are accomodating and kind, they will immediately address your concern.
