The hotel room was super nice, clean, and has cold AC temp! Room was spacious as well. The location is near in Pratunam Market, Platinum, and BTS! The crew and staff are super friendly. breakfast was my favorite!!! it was the dining was clean, food was amazing!

I recently stayed at Pure Eleven Hotel Bangkok (โรงแรม เพียว อีเลฟเว่น) for 1 night (8–9 July 2026) before flying to another country for work after visiting my hometown. I booked a Superior Room through Klook and had a pleasant stay.
Before arrival, I requested 2 single beds, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request.
Check-in was fast and hassle-free. Although I arrived early and couldn’t check in before the official 2:00 PM time, the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly.
Breakfast was good. It wasn’t anything fancy, but there was enough variety for a satisfying start to the day.
The location is excellent, with many shopping and dining options within a 5–10 minute walk, while public transport can be reached in about 10–15 minutes on foot.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily stay here again. Recommended!

The room is perfect. It is 10 mins walk to Pratunam night market. They also have a buggy service with schedule, you need to call the reception ahead. We checked out at 12pm but left our luggages until 8pm since our flighr is at 1am. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

Had a really pleasant stay at Pure Eleven Bangkok. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient for getting around Pratunam while still feeling relaxed after a long day out. Rooms were well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The location is not so convenient. No near 711 as what others are saying. There’s an ATM infront but other than that, there’s nothing. You have to walk or take a grab/bolt to go elsewhere. Staff are great. Room is spacious however no tables for you to eat together other than the study table which is good for 1 person only.

We had a very good experience with Pure Eleven Hotel. Staff very accomodating although we needed to reconfirm our request for breakfast take out due to our early check out 03:00. Also the free buggy service has no return trip pick up. Hotel location very accessible.
