I had a pleasant stay at Waterfront Hotel. The overall experience was comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and the hotel had a great atmosphere and facilities. Everything was generally well-maintained, making the stay enjoyable and relaxing. The only inconvenience I experienced was the slow internet connection, which made it a little difficult to browse and stay connected, especially when needing a reliable connection. Overall, I still had a good experience and would consider staying at Waterfront Hotel again. Hopefully, the internet connection can be improved in the future.

thankful for the free upgrade and gave us a better space of the room, however, the wifi in the hotel is too slow that my phone data is kuch faster. in addition, the air conditioning unit is not cold enough and it seems like it’s a shared AC

We had a great stay at Waterfront Hotel! The location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Cebu for an event or show at the hotel. It’s within walking distance of IT Park, with plenty of pharmacies and other establishments nearby, which made everything very convenient. It’s also less than an hour from the airport, depending on traffic. The hotel is especially convenient if you’re flying to Cebu for a show or event since you don’t have to worry about traveling far afterward. Most of all, the staff were wonderful. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, especially the guards at the lobby who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their service really added to the overall experience. Overall, a very convenient location, great for events, and excellent staff. Would definitely consider staying here again!
