We stayed for one day and had a great experience. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout at a half-day rate, which was very convenient. The food was good, especially the breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I love this hotel the staff is so accomodating... one of my favorite hotel in the South... highly recommended... kudos to all the staff most especially housekeeping... I love the food most especially the lunch buffet at cafe eight the best international cuisine... A must try indeed... exceed customer satisfaction to the highest level. they have excellent customer service... definitely will go back to this hotel.. by the way pool is great during the evening...

The place is good overall; it is clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for us. The staff is friendly. They assisted us during breakfast and were very nice. However, checking in was a bit confusing, especially regarding where to park and how to enter, as there were no signs or assistance from the staff. Despite this, the overall experience was great.

I had a pleasant stay at Quest Plus Conference Center, Manila. The location is very convenient, and the room I got was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also consistently polite, courteous, and accommodating throughout my stay. One minor inconvenience was the lack of electrical sockets near the bed headboard, which made charging devices at night a little less convenient. Parking is a big plus since the parking area is spacious and spread across two floors. However, the spiral ramp going up and down is quite long and narrow. Personally, the continuous turning actually gave me mild nausea, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to winding ramps. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location. With a few small improvements, especially adding bedside sockets, the experience would be even better.
