Good food, nice staff but rooms overpriced for the condition. We stayed here for 2 nights. Some essential toiletries are provided which is good. The location is great for nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Compared to other places in the same price range, there should be better bathroom/room maintenance; like newer towels.

The staff are very helpful. Overall, the property is clean and the rooms are clean. There's some smell of smoke in the hallways which unfortunately makes it's way into the rooms when doors are opened.. but otherwise, for a 2-3 star hotel in this price range, it's not bad at all!

This is a small boutique-style modern hotel that appears to be popular with business people and solo travellers. Once inside the hotel it is very corporate, modern and - day I say it - bland... you wouldn't actually believe you were in India unless you went outside! All the staff were lovely - friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, though tea and coffee making facilities would be a welcome additional touch. The rooms had a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection. The bathrooms were clean and modern though - curiously - the hot (or, more accurately, tepid) water was a bit hit and miss, even though it is solar heated (and there's certainly no shortage of sunshine in Chennai!). The complimentary Indian breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant and is totally delicious though, if you prefer something more Western, the chef is happy to oblige. The lunchtime and evening menu is extensive, mouth-watering, and extremely good value for money. Just one thing lets the restaurant down though - the blandness; not a single picture or pot plant to break up the browns and beiges, which is such a pity because, with a few simple touches, it could be so much more welcoming.

Fantastic
Very helpful staff. Made taxi arrangements for me, provided hand phone power cord when I had forgotten mine, made change of larger bills. Thoughtful and attentive. Room was basic but clean and as advertised. Centrally located near beach and center. Guard at the entrance and parking area. Facilities were minimal, so beat for a tourist rather than business traveller. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Has room service and restaurant. Would recommend.

When we arrived the linens/sheets had some spots (didn't seem clean). We asked to change and they did. Confortable bed. Big room. Good hot shower. Basic breakfast.

Information provided over the website for the facilities is not correct. Very small cramped rooms with very old facilities like towels etc. Does not provide even basic toiletries.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Only thing that went wrong was, we asked for non-smoking room. The room was coated with cigarette smoke.
