I stayed here for two nights and, overall, my experience was mixed.
The biggest downside was the price. In my opinion, the room was overpriced for what it offered. I booked a standard king room, and it was very basic—just the bedroom, bathroom, and a small desk. It was clean and comfortable enough, but for the price, I expected more amenities or a nicer room.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s right in the middle of the city, making it very easy to get around and access nearby attractions. It was a great choice for Lollapalooza because everything was convenient and within easy reach.
The staff was okay, but they weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. They got the job done, but it often felt like they weren’t very interested in helping guests.
One person who truly deserves recognition is the housekeeper. She did an excellent job cleaning the room every day and even took the time to organize some of our belongings, which we really appreciated. Her attention to detail and hard work made a noticeable difference in our stay.
Overall, I think the hotel is worth considering for its excellent location, especially if you’re attending an event like Lollapalooza. However, I believe the room rates are higher than what the hotel actually offers.
