Great
The location was fantastic, staff were great. The only negative point was the condition of the carpets which looked like they haven’t been changed in 20 years. A small point and we would definitely stay there again.

This is conveniently located hotel in an old building. Rooms are small, ac is very loud, no fridge, no gym, not pool, no parking. Showerhead is low. Paper thin walls you can hear neighbors.

Great
We were in LA and decided to stay in Santa Monica. The hotel has some age to it but the staff was wonderful and things were very clean. The location was great for getting to the pier/beach. If you like an old fashion look with a great staff, this is the hotel for you.
