This hotel was welcoming clean, and in the best location. If you’re looking for something nice affordable and centrally located within walking distance of entertainment, shopping and fun I’d come here.
Great property, great staff, I’d come again. A/C pumps and they don’t sneak a parking charge on you like most other hotels.

I was charged $30 for two nights of parking for a second vehicle, despite never being informed that such a fee existed. Had this policy been clearly communicated during check-in or posted where guests could easily see it, there would have been no issue.
The problem is the lack of transparency. Guests should be informed of all parking fees upfront rather than finding out later that additional charges apply. If the hotel chooses to charge for multiple vehicles per room, that policy should be clearly disclosed at check-in and visibly posted on the property.
This experience left me feeling misled, and I hope management improves communication regarding parking fees so future guests are not caught off guard by unexpected charges.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Check in was quick even though I arrived after 10 pm. The room, linens, and bathroom were spotless and the lights were on when I opened the door. I would recommend this inn for a no-frills place close to ASU and the light rail and at a great price.

I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful.
What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That level of integrity and attention to guests is rare and greatly appreciated.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean rooms, great staff, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic This is the best place I’ve stayed in Tempe in 4 years. It is completely updated and cute. A quaint motel. Very clean and in the perfect location to ASU. Such good value for the money!
