nice to see some room fixes (lights, mirrors) and upgrades (towels). would suggest that shower heads get fixed, so it would adapt on the wter heater properly.

Everything is almost perfect, but then when we ordered food a second time, they gave us a dirty plate, as if it hadn't been washed. So we left the food unfinished because it's disgusting—sorry po.

the hotel was perfect location if you are coming to cubao, it is near in the mrt and the place was clean enough there is no foul smell all over the place and it was clean!

Nice budget hotel if you need to go around the area. There are lots of restaurants around, very near the major hospitals around east avenue. And if you are into walking you can just go to Maginhawa and explore more dining options there.

Our stay at Harold's Hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the hotel itself is a fantastic place for a photoshoot. We had access to the swimming pool, which was great, and the ambiance was very relaxing. Every time we approached the reception, we were greeted warmly, which made us feel so welcomed. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable!

perfect location, just a few mins walk to trinoma. they also have a 7 eleven store downstairs if you get hungry. this hop inn is fairly new. bang for the buck!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating with letting us extend checkout time. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We really loved the game room and gym. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of options. Will definitely come back for our next stays.
