Great hotel right in the middle of the shopping district in Florence. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Was a great stay.

Room was kept clean. Front Desk staff were all polite and helpful. BREAKFAST was good. Breakfast staff were welcoming, especially Ayida. Location is perfect for first timers in Florence. It is across a tram that connects to the bus and train station. It was a stay to remember.
