How can I check the additional items/Terms & Conditions for my train booking?

You can view the additional items in your booking and any Terms & Conditions by checking the "Package details" section for more information.

After confirming your booking, you can also go to your Bookings page and select your booking, or refer to your booking confirmation voucher for more details.

Please note:

1. Any additional items must be used within the dates and Terms & Conditions stated on your booking.
2. Cancellations and refunds for additional items will depend on the Terms & Conditions of your high speed rail ticket and the cancellation policy of your items. Please refer to your booking for the cancellation policy to avoid disappointment.
