Why haven't I received my refund?

When we've received your refund request, Klook will initiate a refund within 24 hours of your request being approved.

Once that process has been initiated, the time it takes for your refund to make its way back to you will depend on your chosen payment method.

  1. For debit / credit cards, it usually takes between 3-14 working days for the refund to be issued to your account.
  2. For other payment methods, it can take up to 30 working days for your refund to be reflected in your account balance.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days. Please get in touch with Klook Customer Support and we will help you check on the status of your refund.
