What if I forgot to apply a promo code or KlookCash when booking?

Once payment is complete, promo codes or KlookCash cannot be used. Please make sure to use your promo codes or KlookCash before completing the payment.

If the activity is refundable and still within the free-cancellation period, you can cancel your booking and book again with your promo codes or KlookCash. Please check the actvitiy's cancellation and refund policy first.
