How can I get my train tickets?

1) For routes including (but not limited to) those between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka, Kyoto, or Nagoya and those departing from east of Shin-Osaka: You'll get a QR code in your booking confirmation email. Simply go to your departure train station and get the QR code scanned at a JR East/JR Tokai/JR Hokkaido reserved ticket machine and collect your physical tickets.

2) For routes including (but not limited to) those between Hakata/Kokura and Kumamoto/Kagoshima-Chuo: You can pick up the tickets at the Fukuoka International Airport counter.

3) For routes including (but not limited to) those between Osaka and Kobe, Himeji, or Hiroshima, and those departing from west of Shin-Osaka (except for Shin-Osaka station): You can have the tickets delivered to an address in Japan. Remember to provide your delivery and contact details at checkout, and the tickets will be delivered a day before departure.
