I was charged a fulfillment fee. Why?

To provide a seamless booking experience and continuous improvement of our services, we'll charge an additional booking fee.

For physical tickets that need to be delivered to your Japanese address, there's an additional fulfillment fee.

Unless the tickets are sold out and your booking is cancelled, the fee is non-refundable.
