What should I do if I accidentally removed the eSIM from my device?
Please be careful not to remove the eSIM once you've activated it. Although you can reactivate the eSIM by using the QR code found in your booking details, it is not recommended because frequent attempts for activation might prevent the eSIM from being reinstalled.
- If you have removed the eSIM after you started using the eSIM (turned on data roaming), you won't be able to restore it and will need to purchase a new eSIM.
