The Klook Landwey support team was friendly and shared all the details with me prior to the day of the trip. The trip was amazing! My favorite spot was Marine Drive, and I still can’t forget the scenic beauty. Additionally, I got a chance to see Bollywood celebrities’ houses. The pickup was smooth, and the guide was friendly. To begin with it’s my first time inside a slum. To amaze me, the experience changed my mindset of a slum. Dharavi is not a slum; it’s more of an unorganized industrial zone. As a solo traveler I felt it was necessary to have a guided tour in such a congested place; that thought process led me to book this tour and it was totally worth it. It’s not practically possible to walk through every alley and road of Dharavi. So; it becomes essentially important to walk with a clear cut itinerary; the guide: Ali, made my life easier. From pickup to drop off; with a clear cut route map: industries➡️lifestyle➡️living conditions➡️highs and lows➡️the transformation of the place. Ali was indeed a local boy; I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Overall for me a 10/10 experience. Walking through Dharavi was always a bucket list for me and with this tour it became a reality.

Overall, it was a great experience with an experienced and knowledgeable English-speaking tour guide. The tour was well organized and enjoyable. If the sky had been clear, it would have been a 10/10 city tour!

Wonderful Mumbai Experience! We had a fantastic time exploring Mumbai, thanks to Mr. Saif Nawaz, Mr. Mehtab, and Mr. Krishna. Special thanks to Mr. Mehtab for picking us up all the way from our hotel in North Mumbai and driving safely and efficiently throughout our itinerary. We are especially grateful to Mr. Saif for being incredibly accommodating and attentive, always ensuring our safety and comfort. He also brought us to Olympia, where we enjoyed some of the best biryani and pita of our trip! Mr. Krishna was very informative and hospitable during our visit to Elephanta Caves, making the experience even more memorable. We loved the Mahatma Gandhi Museum, and especially enjoyed visiting CSMT and riding Mumbai’s local train, as Mr. Saif recommended. The ferry ride to Elephanta and the caves themselves were also unforgettable highlights. Thank you all for making our Mumbai trip truly memorable! We had a fantastic and very informative day exploring Mumbai. Despite a few monsoon showers and the city’s busy traffic, the tour was well organised and full of memorable sights. A special thank you to our guide, Fahad, who was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging throughout the day. He brought every stop to life with clear explanations, local stories and useful context—from the ancient Kanheri Caves and the Gateway of India to Crawford Market, CSMT, Marine Drive, Haji Ali Dargah, Mani Bhavan and Dharavi. Thank you as well to our driver, Mehtab, for navigating Mumbai’s traffic so calmly and professionally. We felt safe and comfortable all day. The rain only added to the atmosphere, and we came away with a much deeper understanding of Mumbai’s history, energy and diversity. Highly recommended—thank you, Fahad and Mehtab!

tour guide speaks Danish khan speaks english and fluent arabic , pick up on time and all was smooth . worth booking , also the driver salman was very professional and drove safely, went solo , very safe , and highly recommended

This was an incredible and eye-opening experience visiting one of the most well-known slum areas in the world. The guide did an excellent job — showing us all the key spots and sharing valuable insights, before safely bringing us back. For the price, it was truly an unforgettable experience. Today I booked the Kanheri Caves tour, and since it was Independence Day in India, the place was extremely crowded. But my guide, Hamid, handled everything so well and made sure I had a great time throughout the tour. I really enjoyed the experience!
