Everything smooth from start to end. Book 12pm session without knowing the animal show also at that time, so it filled my time ☺️ Due to pandemic, they handle visitors with very well-organized. Gladly every visitor follow the new rules. But as for the animal... they look skinny especially our Tiger. Any than that everything was so fine, if you're tired of walking, you can take tram and relax enjoying the view. It only cost RM8 (for Malaysian). Suitable for bunch of teenagers, solo traveler, family. Have a visit when you come to Malaysia/ when you visit Kuala Lumpur.

Great place! Seamless experience from booking until the venue. Just the zoo was the downside. It was poorly maintained, the animals seem to be neglected as some are skinny. But the biggest issue of the zoo was the infestation of the Pink Storks and were very territorial, some of the storks manage to enter other animals enclosure which scared the animals from the public view.

went to the zoo on the weekend and surprisingly there were no long queue to redeem the tickets. everything was a smooth process, from booking, paying and redeem the voucher. the downside is, the parking lots is limited. the price of food also are a bit expensive inside. bring your portable fan and hat bcs the weather is nice but very hot and humid. book using klook is much cheaper than walk in.

We arrived 9.30am, paid rm10 for parking, bought tickets from klook at the entrance. A lot of people but not much queue. Zoo has a lot of trees, so it’s quite shaded but weather is still very hot recently, recommended to go in the morning. My 2 year old could only last 2 hours with our own brought from home snacks break in between before falling asleep.
