What people are saying about Cruises in San Francisco
The Go San Francisco card was worth buying especially if you want and need to see many attractions in a short amount of days. We were able to go on the Big Bus tour which includes a trip to Sausalito, Alcatraz cruise, museums, and many more. Overall the card was great as we did not have to think of anything. The redeeming was easy and entering the attractions were fast.
We had really good experience with this pass, only have time to manage a 1-day plan but it's still worth every cents. Totally don't know how it is cheap like that.
"Excape from the Rock" is the best, after that is the Aquarium Museum. And please definitely make sure you will arrange 2 hours to attend the San Francisco Dudgeon, it does like anything else.
We had so much fun using this Go San Francisco card. We got the all inclusive pass for one day and were originally planning to squeeze in going to as many attractions as possible, but were only able to redeem the Hop On Hop Off bus because of limited time. The price of the bus alone is $55 if bought at the counter so this pass is a steal if you are able to maximize it by visiting other attractions. For us, the bus ride took awhile because we would hop off at different stops for pictures. Getting a ride back from each stop also took awhile as the queue usually was long especially if it's a attraction like the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a very enjoyable experience though! I'd probably suggest getting the two day pass instead of one so there'd be plenty of time to explore.
In my 3 days at SFO, I Only had time to complete 3 activities (really fun!) - Hop on & off bus, Bridge to bridge cruise, Go Car. 30mins Go Car is too short, topped up $$ for another 30mins. Also, for a couple, 30mins gocar is for 1 car.
Would not buy this All inclusive again, just need the 3-4 activities pass as there is no time to complete so many activities.
Very easy to use, you just need to load the voucher on your phone and get it scanned at the attractions. I liked that it allowed us to cover many places in SF, esp if they are located near each other. The only sad part was that when we went, the amusement parks weren't open, so it'd be good to Google the opening hours of the attractions you're interested in before making the booking.
It is worth it to get the card if you visit 3 to 4 attractions per day. Plan your trip wisely and do not spend more than 2 hours at each place and you will be able to make the most out of your card. I went to Mdm Tussauds, ripley believe it or not, golden gate bay cruise, Aquarium of the Bay, SFMOMA, california academy of science and Exploraturium in two days.
