Informative tour of the notable landmarks, buildings and cultures as we cruised along the River Thames. Hopped onboard at the London Eye Waterloo Pier with the iconic Big Ben and renowned Palace of Westminster opposite within sight. The ship sailed all the way till we meet the glorious London Bridge. Overall a great way to experience the historic city from a different perspective.
it was very nice. the cruise was an additional fun. my children loved the London eye for night view. we rode the boat in the morning and come back for the london eye in the evening. no line in the evening and the view was better than in the morning. Big Ben is under construction until next year. so the night view is better than the day view.
A must visit attraction! Easy redemption-need to go to the counter to redeem the ticket, then simply go to Entrance A before boarding. The waiting time was approximately 15-20mins. We had so much fun and it was a memorable experience as we could enjoy the London skyline from the comfort of our capsule.
Unlike most other reviews, we didn’t have to queue long to redeem the actual tickets. It only took us about 10 minutes and off we were to the London Eye entrance. I would recommend this and not paying extra for skip-the-line option. Views across the Thames river from the top of London Eye was astonishing. Highly recommended!
The ticket sold in Klook is cheaper than buying the ticket inside the ticket office. But we have to go into the ticket office to exchange the ticket first before getting into the long queue to the London eye. The process of changing the Klook voucher to London eye ticket was fast and easy. However, as I have only bought the standard ticket (which was the cheapest one) I have to wait so long to get into London eye. The view was marvellous. I have taken many pic inside the it.
London Eye is a must visit when in London. We chose to buy standard tickets from Klook because Klook price was cheaper than in the official website (and got an additional discount also). We came in the morning, shortly after opening time to avoid any line. Went to the ticket counter first (exactly across the London Eye itself) to change the Klook voucher into the real tickets. After we got the tickets, we went to London Eye and waiting in a very short and quick line before finally getting on the capsule. Each capsule can hold 20 people and luckily it was very sunny that morning so we could see the view of London clearly from the capsule. The ride lasted for 30 minutes and you can choose to walk around or sit in the capsule.
